IPC & Electronics Student Chapter at Michigan Tech hosted a Christmas Tree circuit board ornmanent making event before winter break. Particpants chose between a through-hole alternating light tree powered with a 555 timer or a surface mount twinkling transistor board assembled on our pick and place machines and baked in the reflow oven. IPC plans on making this a regular holiday event with the Plexus Lab for future years.
